Christen Farm Nursery is eager to make all our clients successful at all their gardening and growing experiences. Always being here to assist and educate new and experienced gardeners who come here to our nursery and make sure that every shopping experience with us is memorable and enjoyable. Our goal is to offer exceptional service and quality plants, while answering your questions so you are sure to leave the nursery well-informed and excited for your gardening endeavors ahead. Also, assurance that we are available typically seven days a week for any and all questions, by phone, message, email or your personal visit to the nursery. Our warranty ensures our plants leave the nursery and go home with you healthy, thriving, and assured to be:
Correctly Identified, Pest Free, Healthy and Ready to continue growing with the same quality care at your home or business.
If a plant purchased from us shows signs of stress or fails, please let us help identify the source of the problem as soon as possible so we may be able to advise on what to do.
We do not guarantee our plants against heat, cold, flooding, drought, lack of maintenance (which includes over or under watering), animal damage, mechanical injury or overwinter dieback or death. We do offer advice on how to protect plants from the above natural occurrences and will gladly offer advice on best care practices.
In the event of a crop failure or other grower issues, we will admit similar loss and replace or refund the effected Tree or shrub.
