SPRING 2026 POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Garden Center Worker 

Part and full time positions available as the garden center is open 7 days a week; one weekend day is required per week within a set schedule. Good leadership qualities and initiative required. Creativity and strong work ethic needed.

Job Duties Include: 

  • Customer service and plant maintenance; specialized in recommending plants and use of chemicals to customers, and solving customer plant issues.
  • Unloading trucks
  • Merchandising

Job Type: Part and full-time positions available, seasonal

Pay based on experience; starting at $12 and up to $18.

Family owned and operated business.

Landscape Maintenance Crew Member 

Landscape Maintenance Crew Member: This position is Monday through Friday, 6-10 hours per day depending on the workload. Overtime is paid at time and a half. A reliable, hard working, and punctual person that can follow established processes while working as part of a team is needed. Experience with landscape maintenance is preferred. Experience with general plant care, plant identification and/or knowledge on trimming and pruning methods are a plus. Pesticide license or ability to study for one would be a plus. Training will be provided to a motivated individual who is eager to learn. 

Job Duties Include: 

  • Trimming, pruning, and deadheading of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals
  • Maintaining landscape beds through removal of weeds, leaves, and debris (organic + non organic) 
  • Pest and disease management
  • Fertilization of plants

Job Type: Full-time, seasonal

Pay based on experience and plant knowledge; starting $14 per hour and up.

Landscape Technician

This position is Monday through Friday, 8-10 hours per day depending on workload. Overtime is paid at time and a half. A reliable, motivated, and punctual person that can follow established processes while working as part of a team is needed. Must be able to work hard and efficiently for 8 to 10 hours a day. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients is required. Experience with softscaping/hardscaping is preferred. Training will be provided to a motivated individual who is eager to learn. 

Job Duties Include:

  • laboring (lifting, spreading, shoveling/digging, grading)
  • planting
  • Installing soft and hardscapes 

Job Type: Full-time, seasonal

Pay based on experience and plant knowledge; starting $15 per hour and up to $28 per hour.
