Christen Farm Nursery Free Prize Drawing – 30th Anniversary – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  1. Sponsor

The Christen Farm Nursery Free Prize Drawing – 30th Anniversary (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Christen Farm Nursery, located at N6141 County Rd SN, Onalaska, WI 54650, the “Sponsor”.

  1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Wisconsin, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employee are not eligible to enter or win.

  1. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Time on June 20, 2025 and ends at 6:00 p.m. Central Time on June 30, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, participants may complete an entry form from their local newspaper OR complete an entry form at Christen Farm Nursery, located at N6141 County Rd SN, Onalaska, WI 54650.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Each participant may submit only one (1) entry. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.

  1. Winner Selection and Odds

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on or about July 1, 2025.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  1. Prizes

Thirty (30) winners will receive one (1) perennial plant – Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25 each. Five (5) winners will receive one (1) décor bundle prize – ARV: $30 each. One (1) winner will receive a one-night stay at Kalahari Resorts – ARV: $215.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified by email or phone within two business days after the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification is sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval.

  1. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

  1. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

  1. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.

  1. Winners List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Christen Farm Nursery, located at N6141 County Rd SN, Onalaska, WI 54650, Attn: Free Prize Drawing – 30th Anniversary Winners List, postmarked no later than July 31, 2025.
